Kith x Columbia launches 45-piece range inspired by the Arizona desert – Footwear News

Ronnie Fieg teased an upcoming Kith collection with Columbia on Instagram last week, sharing footage from an outdoor excursion in Arizona with friends including celebrity designer Salehe Bembury, retired NFL star Victor Cruz and d ‘others. Today, Kith gave fans a look at the full lineup.

For the sixth time, Kith has teamed up with Columbia on a collection of apparel and accessories inspired by the outdoor lifestyle. Via Instagram today, Kith said this collection was specifically inspired by Arizona’s Sonoran Desert. And this time, there are 45 pieces for consumers to buy.

Break Kith for Columbia 2022 further, the brand said this is the last installment from Element Exploration Agency (EEA). According to Kith, the EEA is “the cornerstone of a performance product line that includes apparel, footwear and accessories designed with select iconic athletic apparel brands.”

The collection is executed with vibrant colors including hibiscus red, sanguine and cyber violet hues. The color story evolves with the range’s graphic tees, which come in hues such as neutral white, sea tan, cyber purple and shimmering gold.

Besides the colors, the collection – to add elements of utility to the kith clothing offering – includes weather resistant nylons and mesh. Some of the standout selections include the Henry’s Fork V Vest, the Chuting 2 Jacket, and the Riptide Windbreaker. In addition, the range includes new fleece shorts, which include kithlandscape motif in an enzyme washed cotton fleece.

In terms of accessories, Kith explained that there are options for active and leisure outdoor wear. Some of the standout pieces include the Coolhead 2 Zero Booney hats with adjustable drawstrings and a rear toggle, the Omni-Freeze Zero bandanas, and the Shredder 2 hat, all of which come in three colorways.

Kith for Columbia 2022 arrives April 8 via Kith.com and EU.Kith.com at 11 a.m. ET and 11 a.m. CET, respectively. It will also arrive in Kith stores in New York (SoHo and Brooklyn), Los Angeles, Miami, Tokyo, Paris and Hawaii.
